Deviation Actions
ProjectComment is a Group of many projects centred around comments, but, more importantly, constructive comments. We offer Members of deviantART a lot of opportunities to get comments, give comments, participate in comment projects, win points, get featured and much, much more!
Every two weeks, we will be interviewing commenters and volunteers at ProjectComment, specifically revolving around their life on deviantART and, the purpose of ProjectComment, constructive comments.
We sincerely hope you enjoy reading the fifty-second interview of this series with Aimyee!

Tell us a bit about yourself.
I'm called Charlie, I'm turning 18 this fall and I live in Sweden. I'm studying traditional animation at high school in a small city, several miles from my home town so I moved out from my dad's apartment when I was 15. I love digital painting, turtles, cats and all that stuff like playing video games, movies, music, you name it.
Why did you join deviantART and what makes you stay?
I joined because I felt like I need to show my paintings to more people in order to get more feedback. It isn't enough to hear what I can do better from my art teachers. Sure, they've been working with art in many years, but I also need opinions from people like me. I'm staying because most of you guys are incredibly nice to talk to, kind and caring. Can't ask for more.
How and why did you get into commenting?
Well.. I'd like to believe that everybody else also want feedback, (positive or negative, however that may not be the case depending on the person's personality, so it's a bit of a thinking at first.) and I guess that's why. How I did get into it, I don't really know. I just take the chances when it says "feedback and thoughts are appreciated".
What keeps you motivated in giving those comments out?
The replies. Even if people don't really agree to one's critique every time they usually reply reasonably without curses and stupidity. That they are thankful anyway.
Do you struggle in giving a constructive comment sometimes?
Not really, I mean, it's not like someone's judging your comments like the way they did in FeedbackFrenzy's competition. The struggle with constructive comments is when you feel like "this style of drawing/writing/crafting etc. is not my thing at all and I don't like it, it doesn't appeal to me", but you can't write that because it's like saying "this is ugly" in another way, and no one wants someone to say that about something that you've created. I usually just let them be, but if someone have particularly asked me for feedback, I just have to work it up with positive things. There're always positive things there, even if you can't see them at first. (Those comments are often the best comments you write too, since you've really been thinking and made time for writing.)
What do you first look for when giving a comment generally?
I always read the deviation's description and the comments that have already been made, then I look at other pieces of their gallery to have something to compare with and to see what their skills are. Preparation, I'd say.
What do you think the deviantART community could improve on and how?
I don't know.. I love the community. Put up even more information about copyright I think, and that you can't get away with everything on the internet. While being a crew member in Creation-Inspiration we come across deviations that either are stolen, traced, or something else sometimes. It makes me sad.
Do you have any suggestions or tips for those that would like more feedback?
Write feedback yourself and ask for them. It's not arrogance. Join groups and be active in them, also write in the forums. It works.
Do you currently have any ongoing projects on deviantART or in real life?
Not at the moment, I'm currently taking requests. Last year of high school starts again in August, and then I'll be busy with the most important school project - animating a short film about 5-10 minutes all by yourself!
Finally, is there anything else you would like to add?
Sorry for my English, it isn't great but I hope you understand it!
Thank you Aimyee!

Magic Week - Reverse Caption
The power flowed into him, filling his lungs, spreading out in his blood like oxygen, and settling into the marrow of his bones. He felt himself smile in a way that he hadn't since he was a boy learning to cast his first spell. He had devoted decades to the study of magic, but now, now he was magic. A glow lit the trees around him. He couldn't be sure if it was the setting sun, or if the glow came from his own skin. A beetle crawled on the ground nearby, seemingly unconcerned with what it had just witnessed, but yet its movements were in time with his heartbeat. A bird in the sky flapped its wings to the same rhythm. A breeze plucked at his hair and clothes. He began to dance, slowly at first; he followed the wind, and the wind followed him. He moved faster, twirling and leaping, until even the fallen leaves were dancing around him. When he stopped, all was still. He smiled again, and raised his arms to the sky. The first stars were visible. He watched them for a long
