With Easter just a week away, ProjectComment is hosting a variety of fun events leading up to Easter Sunday on April 4th. Although Easter in the real world is pretty commercialised now with just chocolate, eggs, and more, we must not forget that there is a meaning behind it, as well as the fact that it is a fun time if you want it to be (for all those that are not religious).
So, without any more time wasted, read this article and find out how you can participate in a Scavenger Hunt, Egg Hunt, Egg Decoration and a game involving numbers! There are prizes to be won, although it is the participation that counts (and the fun ensued!)
There will be a total of 10 clues and tasks for the Scavenger Hunt, but all of the clues lead to each other, so Clue 1 will lead to Clue 2, Clue 2 will lead to Clue 3, and so on. Each clue may lead to a specific place on ProjectComment, or it may include a task.
Once you think you have finished finding all of the clues and doing all of the tasks, send ProjectComment a note with the title "Scavenger Hunt" and include all of the answers alongside the clue number and emoticon.
For Example: Clue 1 - <insert emoticon> <insert answer>
The first three with all correct answers will win! The more you include in your answers, the more chance you will have.
Your first clue is shaped like a target and is somewhere on the front page of ProjectComment
Additional hint: All of your clues are in the shape of emoticons.
ProjectComment is littered with eggs and it is your task to find them all! Once you have browsed ProjectComment in its fullest, send a note to us with the title "Egg Hunt" and state the number of eggs you think there are and where you found them. Just listing the page it is on is fine, as long as you include how many there are on that page!
What will the eggs look like? Well, since deviantART doesn't actually have an egg in its Emoticon Legend, we'll have to go with the next best thing ->
No eggs will be hiding in folders within folders, or blogs within blogs. They are displayed in all of the prominent places and links on ProjectComment.
There will be three winners, but you have to be fast and you have to be correct!
A hint: There are between 11-21 eggs around ProjectComment
Pretty simple, all you have to do is decorate this egg: :thumb158688102:
But! The catch is, you have to use MS Paint (or a program very similar to it). This is to make sure that everyone is on an equal footing.
Once you have finished, upload it to deviantART as a scrap and submit it to this folder.
One entry, per person.
There will be three winners and the entries will be judged on things such as its relation to Easter and originality. All of the other entries will receive a news feature, too.
If none of the above suits your taste, you've got to take part in this event! It's even simpler than the Egg Decoration. All you have to do is reply to this journal stating the number of eggs you think there are in the (imaginary) basket that we have here at ProjectComment.
There are between 5 to 1000 eggs. You are only allowed to guess once and there is only one winner - the person whose number is closest or is the real value. Thus, if two people guess the same number, only the first person will win.
All of these events end on 23:59 GMT April 3rd, with the winners announced on Easter Sunday. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Magic Week - Reverse Caption
The power flowed into him, filling his lungs, spreading out in his blood like oxygen, and settling into the marrow of his bones. He felt himself smile in a way that he hadn't since he was a boy learning to cast his first spell. He had devoted decades to the study of magic, but now, now he was magic. A glow lit the trees around him. He couldn't be sure if it was the setting sun, or if the glow came from his own skin. A beetle crawled on the ground nearby, seemingly unconcerned with what it had just witnessed, but yet its movements were in time with his heartbeat. A bird in the sky flapped its wings to the same rhythm. A breeze plucked at his hair and clothes. He began to dance, slowly at first; he followed the wind, and the wind followed him. He moved faster, twirling and leaping, until even the fallen leaves were dancing around him. When he stopped, all was still. He smiled again, and raised his arms to the sky. The first stars were visible. He watched them for a long
