"Gorgeous piece, Celesol. The colours are beautiful, and you have really captured the temperature and mood of the early morning hours. I love the effects you can produce with paints and markers. The image is packed with detail and represents a valiant and largely successful attempt to tell viewers a short story about a different and complex society.
It’s terrific that you’ve given such thought to each of the characters. The background characters all combine to add life to the scene. The fact you have a clear backstory for each is probably the source of the vibrancy. I like the story of the high-class siblings, and how you have depicted their status through the boy’s attire. (The top hat and pocket watch are particularly nice touchers.) Although his sister is teeny-tiny, we can see a clear connection between the two of them since they’re obviously waving to each other. In the case of the sheep-lady worker, I love how you have a female doing heavy lifting!
It has interesting implications for your society.[...]"

"Even though everyone has commented on the amazing bubble/water jet that forms from the ponytails, I'm really liking that too. It gives the piece a nice rhythm and rhythm is always pleasing on the eye. However I also really like the actual hair part though too. The detail in it is very composed, a job well done. Hair can often be really amazing, or come out really terrible, but in this case it came out great. The cool (as in temperature) colors are lovely, and I like how the orange warm colored fish give it just that perfect amount of warmth so the cold colors don't make the piece feel detached. Although I do have to say the lines of the cape/sweater are a tad off, they're not flowing properly with my eye. And in some places the water streams seem to be a bit angular, I think they'd work better if the lines weren't as harsh, to make it seem even more hair and water like. [...]"

"-I like the randomness we got here! A carrot popping out of the box, a Goomba falling from the sky, and we got some bunny tacticians here (haha illegal item! Always hated that part in the game!)

Magic Week - Reverse Caption
The power flowed into him, filling his lungs, spreading out in his blood like oxygen, and settling into the marrow of his bones. He felt himself smile in a way that he hadn't since he was a boy learning to cast his first spell. He had devoted decades to the study of magic, but now, now he was magic.
