Tell us a bit about yourself, *hayzy! How did you get into photography and why?
I've always loved art from an early age but at first I was drawn to traditional art. I used to draw a lot (even though I never was really good) but in a way I felt that it was quite restrictive (eg I just couldn't draw from my mind, I always needed some form or reference). Over a year ago I got really sick and it was a big wake up call. I realized that life could be very short and that you should at least try to live it in some way. So I got a proper camera and at first I just took simple photos of my cat and progressed to shooting different things.
Why are you on deviantART? What makes you stay?
DeviantART was the first art site that I came across and that I joined.
