I asked for comments and critiques on a lot of my work, but I think this is the first constructive comment I ever got here.

1. When did you start commenting on artwork, and why?
I started commenting on artwork a few days after I joined DA, to let people whose artwork I liked know that I liked their works.

2. What kind of art do you like to comment on?
Mostly digital and traditional art, and from time to time poetry. If you ask me to share my thoughts on a photograph or an artisan crafts piece I will, though.

3. Nowadays, do you often +fav or comment, and why?
I fave a lot, more than I give comments. Sometimes I fave a piece that's already super popular with 3000 faves and 200 comments where I don't feel my "Wow this is awesome I love it so much!" would mean much.

4. What motivates you to comment? Can you name three things, minimum?
I comment to let people know I

1. When did you start commenting on artwork, and why?
Good question. I don't remember when exactly, but I can say I started taking commenting seriously around the time I created a group, WIP-Support, with the idea of getting people to submit unfinished pieces and receive feedback. It's mostly a deserted group now, though I keep track of it << but the desire to give and receive real comments started there. I found another group then, and somehow ended up with ProjectComment... and that was the start of a great journey ^^
2. What kind of art do you like to comment on?
I do like to comment on visual works because I'm both lazy and chronophobic: I like to get an idea of things, quickly, and then take my time commenting extensively (which I guess is paradoxal... myes,

1. When did you start commenting on artwork, and why?

I always have, because I think it helps to get opinions of others...a fresh point of view. So I hope that people would do the same for me. Also if I wanted to learn a particular technique or material being used. OR if I wanted to find out if there was a meaning to a piece that I wasn't aware of.

2. What kind of art do you like to comment on?

Most favorite kind is traditional art.
3. Nowadays, do you often +fav or comment, and why?
I do both. I only comment if the work is really good or really makes me want to say something useful or if I want to know something...or if I want to express what I got out of it and see if it has anything to do with the intention of the artis

1. When did you start commenting on artwork, and why?
Earlier this year because I wanted to use ProjectComment to further my own art by receiving comments. I found I enjoy helping others as much as possible a good deal more than I thought I would so I've continued even when I don't submit art to ProjectComment.
2. What kind of art do you like to comment on?
Realism or Semi-realism....or when an artist includes where they want to take their art in their notes because I could comment all day long how I think you can improve (leaning towards realism) but if you want to become an anime artist that needs to be noted.
3. Nowadays, do you often +fav or comment, and why?
Constructively comment? Trying to do a few times a week. :+fav: when I find something enjoyable which

I’ve commented off and on for years, mostly on a select few people’s artwork. I didn’t really get into commenting on a lot of different artwork until I joined ProjectComment last year.
What kind of art do you like to comment on?
I like commenting on a variety of different things! Normally I go for landscapes, animal and fantasy creatures, or bright coloured things that grab my attention as thumbnails.
Nowadays, do you often :+fav: or comment, and why?
Outside of the group I tend to :+fav: and run; I focus my commenting efforts within the group so that I can help someone that I know actually wants the help.
4. What motivates you to comment? Can you name three things, m
