Night Chrysalis by 3wyl Night Chrysalis by 3wyl
I didn't think I would be able to produce something like this again. My past few deviations hadn't been post-processed at all, so this one is heavily contrasted with that. Mainly, I felt I just lost touch with the abstract stuff, but this one inspires a bit of hope, somewhat.

Granted, it took me about a year to upload this, but can anyone guess what it is?

What a beautiful picture. Very eerie and mysterious, yet intruiging. The colours are very rich and the contrast between blurred and sharp is amazing in this one. I admit that I have no idea what it is, I first thought of a crystal or stoen, actually. The while image remind me (which is a bit strange) of a song by Jamie Woon, Nightair. I think you'd like the video.

Crystal works. :D

That's quite interesting! I think art takes us to many places indeed in that case.

Yep, I love that! When I look at a picture and have a melodie for it in my head. Or I hear a song and think of a book. It just shows hoe those things can touch something within you.

That's quite interesting. Indeed! There are many other things involved, I guess.

This feels like something from a cold dream or memory; all lost-focus and fading.
