Night Chrysalis by 3wyl Night Chrysalis by 3wyl
I didn't think I would be able to produce something like this again. My past few deviations hadn't been post-processed at all, so this one is heavily contrasted with that. Mainly, I felt I just lost touch with the abstract stuff, but this one inspires a bit of hope, somewhat.

Granted, it took me about a year to upload this, but can anyone guess what it is?

What a beautiful picture. Very eerie and mysterious, yet intruiging. The colours are very rich and the contrast between blurred and sharp is amazing in this one. I admit that I have no idea what it is, I first thought of a crystal or stoen, actually. The while image remind me (which is a bit strange) of a song by Jamie Woon, Nightair. I think you'd like the video.

Crystal works. :D

That's quite interesting! I think art takes us to many places indeed in that case.

Yep, I love that! When I look at a picture and have a melodie for it in my head. Or I hear a song and think of a book. It just shows hoe those things can touch something within you.

It could well be. I have to say that the blue tone definitely lends to that aspect of things. :)

This is lovely! I absolutely adore the colour - it's deep and mysterious. The bokeh is beautiful, as is the light.

I haven't got a clue what it is though. O.o The part in the bottom right-hand corner could be a rock or something... or a bunch of leaves...

Intriguing. :D

This is so beautiful and...I don't know why I want to say this, but intimate? Hmmm. I feel a lot of emotions just by looking at this, and I can't exactly pinpoint what they are, but I assure you that they're there. Amazing. ♥

The water was inside and... well, there was a chance that it would stop working. I spent loads of my own money. >.<

Like the whole screen was just waterlogged and stuff. =/

Oh, this is fantastic! I love the air and the colours... It looks like it was taken through a window or something, with rain on it, but I'm not sure what the object in the right-hand corner is. It looks like it could be made of rock or leather.

Perhaps so! :O
