In Wonderland by 3wyl In Wonderland by 3wyl
...or not.

This is a Vásárcsarnok in Budapest, otherwise known as 'The Great Market Hall' or Hungarian "Nagycsarnok", on Fővám Tér in the 9th district. It's the largest indoor market in Budapest, just up the road from where I was staying.

My mother bought some chili, and I took many, many photos... I should be uploading one or two, I think, as the place was pretty good to me and my fisheye lens. :la:

Not sure if this is the right category...

hehe yeah ^^ and every country has its own specialties and random little gizmos ^^
I wish they had markets like those around here :T though other people might think markets in my country are interesting, I think not xD

That's very true! It's really quite interesting to see all the different kinds in their respective countries.

Hmm.. I guess you could always go to those markets outside of your country? :dummy:

yes of course 8D
this market of yours reminds me very much of the markets in Barcelona and Portugal
though in turkey they also have somewhat similar tho this, but more grande I think ^^ (I like their building styles, if you ever go to Istanbul you can check out the markets and bazaars :D its really big and cool ^^)

I think a lot of European markets are similar in many ways, but it does depend! I'm sure they're quite individual.

Ah, I see. :O

I would check out those things if I went abroad! Not sure I'll ever go to Istanbul, but it's definitely worth thinking about. :D

There are many great things generally, though.. all around you, if you know where to look.

yeap

hmm about the things around you.. yeah that's true, but you never look as good as you do in different countries :O
That's why I;ve been wanting to go into photography for a bit

I've done a couple of walks through the city (I moved for my study earlier this study year but never had time to explore)
to make some pictures and explore ^^''
I must say you see a lot more when you keep a camera at hand :D ahaha its fun to play tourist in your own country..
but well I look foreign so people instantly speak English to me .3.

I suppose there is that as well. There is something about being in a different country and viewing their things, rather than the things in your home country.

That's pretty cool! What is preventing you from jumping into photography?

Oh right, I see.

No time to explore because of your studies? =/

True, true! One has an excuse to shoot plenty when one has a camera. :D

Huh. Is that a good thing? :O
